We completed full camera and DVR system upgrades across the properties, replacing outdated or non-functional equipment to restore comprehensive surveillance coverage. We retained key staff members, including a new Training Manager, while filling management gaps with skilled hires. Marketing Alignment & SEO Improvements

Although the ownership retained their original website domain, we executed a complete rebuild to modernize and optimize the site for performance and lead conversion. This included migrating to a faster, more reliable platform, rewriting all page content with SEO best practices, implementing structured data (schema), updating imagery across the site, and integrating functionality that allows customers to rent or reserve units directly online.

In addition, we enhanced each location’s Google Business Profile by updating key business info, adding media, managing reviews, and aligning messaging across listings. We also launched and maintained a consistent social media presence, helping boost local awareness and drive additional traffic to the website. These efforts resulted in stronger visibility across search engines and a significant improvement in local keyword rankings.
